Mortgage loans

Purpose of loan

We provide loans for purchasing an apartment or a house on primary and secondary markets; for building of a house; for renovating, modernizing or finishing a dwelling; for repaying and consolidating other loans; loans for any other purposes.


Borrower

We accept any regular income including:

  • employment contracts
  • management contracts
  • business activity – (any form of taxation )
  • fee-for-task agreements and contracts for a specific task, property lease agreements, retirement pays and other pensions, dividends and other income from capital, foreign sources inclusive.

We will give you a loan even though you may not have Polish citizenship or a permanent residence permit.


Loan amount

The maximum amount you can be loaned equals 70% of the value of the property (including that owned by a third person) in Poland.

You can also receive a loan for loan charges, such as a banking commission, insurance costs, costs of mortgage registration, valuation of property, notary’s fees and the estate agency’s commission.


 

Collateral for loan

The basic collateral for loan is:

  • effective mortgage registration in the land register in favour of the Bank for property in Poland
  • assignment of rights under a contract of property insurance against fire and other random incidents
  • property insurance against loss of value

If you own no property to be put up as a collateral for your loan, we accept security on more than one real estate or property owned by a third person.
